About Us
Background
CCS was formed in 1992 by the president and owner Wayne Berry. Mr.
Berry has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from
Portland State University. Prior to forming CCS, Mr. Berry had been in
collection agency management since 1983. CCS is a member of the
American Collector’s Association (ACA) and the Oregon Collector's
Association.
Accounts
CCS accepts accounts from Oregon, Washington, and Utah creditors. We
handle consumer and commercial accounts including credit unions,
schools, medical, dental, retail, and attorneys.
We do not handle NSF checks or rental accounts.
Accounts may be assigned by mail, fax, email, or through our Submit a
Claim page on our web site.
Debtor Payment Options
In order to increase recovery rates we use all of the following payment
options to make it easy for debtors to pay:
1-800 number
Credit or debit card payments
"Check by phone" payments
Post-dated checks
Online payment forms (see Make a Payment)
