About Us
Background
CCS was formed in 1992 by the president and owner Wayne Berry. Mr. Berry has a Bachelor of
Science degree in Business Administration from Portland State University. Prior to forming CCS, Mr.
Berry had been in collection agency management since 1983. CCS is a member of the American
Collector’s Association (ACA) and the Oregon Collector's Association.
Accounts
CCS accepts accounts from Oregon, Washington, and Utah creditors. We handle consumer and
commercial accounts including credit unions, schools, medical, dental, retail, and attorneys.
We do not handle NSF checks or rental accounts.
Accounts may be assigned by mail, fax, email, or through our "Submit a Claim" page on our web site.
