Rates
CCS works on a contingency fee (no collection, no charge) basis.
Rates are determined by the following factors:
Average balance of accounts
Whether the accounts are commercial or consumer
Number of accounts being assigned
Age of accounts
Type of accounts (doctor, attorney, credit union, etc.)
Rate Quotes
During your initial call to CCS, you will be quoted a rate based on these factors. Rates can range from
as low as 18% for large balance newer commercial accounts, to as high as 45% for one time or small
balance older accounts. 33% and 38% are our most commonly quoted rates.
Remember...
Rates are not the most important factor in choosing a collection agency. Some agencies will quote a
low rate that does not afford the collectors the ability to call, skip trace or sue on your accounts and
therefore your accounts go uncollected. In this situation the only party that benefits is the debtor.
Our rates are based on the lowest percentage that we can charge and still be able to do everything
possible to collect your debt.
