Free Final Demand Notices
A final demand notice is a three part form that advises your customer unless his
or her account is paid in full by the date indicated, it will be placed with CCS for
collection. You send the top copy to your customer, the middle copy to CCS, and
retain the last copy for your records. If your customer pays your office, you simply
call us before the demand date and let us know not to list the account.
Personal and Professional Service
Each account is assigned to a skilled collection professional. CCS never uses
automated messages or computer generated telephone calls. Your accounts are
handled by experienced collectors at all times and always in compliance with all
legal statues. This assures you of the professional and personal service your
accounts deserve. Please see our process page for a more detailed explanation
of the collection process.
Complete Skiptracing Capabilities
If your customer or his assets need to be located, our skip tracing department is
equipped with various state of the art information databases that will maximize
the likelihood of collection success.
Legal Action and Garnishments
On accounts $200 and larger, if our collectors are unable to collect an account
voluntarily and the debtor has an attachable asset, CCS will sue the debtor to
obtain a judgement and either lien or levy against that asset. CCS pays all costs
associated with the lawsuit.
Upon your request, CCS will report your accounts to all three credit bureaus
(Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion). This service is provided free of charge.
Monthly Status Reports
Upon your request, a report will be sent to you listing the status of each account
you have assigned with us. You may also request the status on individual
accounts at any time.
